Our chapter serves Code Officials in Mobile and Baldwin counties, as well as the cities within these areas.

The mission of the Code Officials of Lower Alabama (COLA) is to elevate the professionalism and integrity of code enforcement by promoting high standards of efficiency in the administration of building, electrical, housing, mechanical, plumbing, and related codes.
